Yoga - The Spenard Community Class
Saturdays 9:15-10:30am

David Westlake will be offering open yoga sessions at our beautiful location every Saturday morning. His yoga class will combine a therapeutic approach to the practice integrating movement, mindful awareness and gentle breathing techniques. New Moon and Full Moon Ceremonies | Sacred Sound + Yin Yoga

Join movement and energy guides Jen Merrell and Michelle Frye of Joule Wellness for an evening of deep relaxation and meditative stretch with a sacred sound bath, yin yoga, and opportunity to dream of your future while anchoring in the present moment.

Yoga Mudras + Meditation with Julie Whatmough

Yoga Mudras + Meditation is a series of 90-minute classes to get you moving, balance your energy, and ground you for the coming week. Whether you need some chill or a lil energy kicker you will leave class feeling realigned and refreshed! 12-class series — join for the whole thing or just one class

Class begins with gentle yoga and breathwork to connect with and ground your body in preparation for spiritual work. The mudras act with the chakra system to rewire our mind-body connection. We will close class with a 15-minute restful guided meditation for your body to integrate the practice.

This series theme of Renew Your Spirit is the intention of spreading peace and wellness into all aspects of your life - mind, body & spirit!

Sacred Sound Bath and Guided Meditation

March 1st, 7-8pm at Thrive Integrative Medicine

Come find your calm. This class begins with a soft, gentle, guided breathing practice designed to help one return to the moment and expand inward. Then while laying or sitting in comfort, the quartz singing bowls harmonize mind, body, and spirit, empowering you to connect to that is you and beyond. Tuned to 432hz the vibrations can heighten perception, increase mental clarity, reduce anxiety, lower heart rate, and provide and atmosphere for self healing.
